Be the Calm

Parenting feels different when you're not constantly putting out fires.

When every day feels like another meltdown, another power struggle, or another moment where you wonder if you're doing enough, it's easy to believe you just need to try harder.

That's not the problem.

You’re putting in the effort, but likely not getting at the root of what’s going on. The breakthrough isn't learning another parenting trick; it's understanding what might be happening underneath your child's behavior and learning how to respond in ways that help both of you. Be the Calm is a self-paced course designed to provide the framework for a calmer, more connected relationship with your child using practical, evidence-based strategies you can start using today.

Created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Best fit for: Parents of Autistic children, parents of children with developmental differences, and parents who want practical tools for navigating big emotions.
