Helping families build what works

If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re feeling stuck.

Maybe you’ve followed advice that never went anywhere, tried approaches that made things worse, or ended up not trying anything at all because there were too many things to try. Even worse, maybe you’ve been blaming yourself or questioning your parenting. It can be discouraging.

My goal is to help you understand what’s going on and feel more confident in what to do next - no blaming, no shaming. We'll work together to build practical skills that strengthen your relationship with your child while maintaining clear, appropriate boundaries. This not only lays a strong foundation for learning, but for the calm home you’re building.

Most importantly, this work is rooted in a commitment to child-centered care. We’ll prioritize child-led, play-based strategies that make learning motivating and fun. We will always honor your child’s assent and only use approaches that are compassionate and kind. I’m here to help, and our partnership won’t be successful unless both you and your child feel safe, supported, and understood.

About Me

I'm Rachel, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 12 years of experience supporting children and families across homes, schools, and clinics.

What I enjoy most is helping families understand what's really happening, figuring out creative solutions that work for everyone, and seeing the relief and happiness that comes from that kind of change.

My work combines evidence-based behavior analysis with compassion, collaboration, and respect for each child's individuality. My experience includes:

• Functional behavior assessment
• Parent coaching and caregiver support
• Early skill development and communication
• Reducing challenging behavior
• Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) and other naturalistic, play-based interventions
• Collaborative consultation with families and other professionals

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little. I hope we end up working together.
